The KwoonA Kung Fu studio is referred to as a Kwoon. This is any place where you train and learn to master Kung Fu. Over the years the WB Kung Fu Kwoon has been in backyards, parks, middle & high school gyms, churches, just about anywhere that we could meet and practice. When our classes were held outside we would often be interrupted by the weather.In 2003 the members of Memorial Lutheran Church opened their arms to our club and offered a place in their church for our club to meet. Sometimes we reschedule classes to avoid scheduling conflicts with other church groups, but it is a small price to pay for the generosity that Memorial Lutheran has shown to WB Kung Fu. Still, even though our Kwoon is located in a Christian Church, WB Kung Fu does not incorporate any religious teaching or message in classes, and membership is open to anyone regardless of their religious belief. Our Kwoon is a safe & friendly environment in which to develop your Kung Fu skills and meet with others whose goals are similar to yours.
